All of our appointments are 55 minutes long with a Certified Pilates Instructor. Use your flex spending account or HSA account for tax savings.

  • A personal training session is the most effective way to learn, practice and enhance performance. The instructor can devote undivided attention to your specific needs and develop a customized program that allows you to see and feel optimum results.

Duet Sessions
per session per person
  • Duet sessions are for 2 people. These sessions allow for plenty of individual assessment, guidance and monitoring.
  • $240 Package of 6 Sessions

Group Sessions
per class per person
  • A Group Pilates Session holds up to 6 clients in a class. A minimum of 4 persons signed up is required for us to host a class. Your instructor will be able to offer modifications and variations to accommodate these students at different levels in one small group class.
