Tai Chi was originated in ancient China. It has been considered as one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. The movements are gentle and slow, and the degree of exertion can be adjusted easily, making it suitable for people of all ages and levels of ability.

Small Group Sessions - $25 per class per person
A Group Tai Chi Session holds up to 6 clients in a class. Your instructor will be able to offer close guidance, modifications, and variations to accommodate students at different levels in one small group class.
