Lisa is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 20 years of extensive experience in helping people heal and improve their mobility.
She is humbled by the opportunity to play a role in their wellness journey. Lisa genuinely enjoys working with people and truly believes therapeutic touch to be a powerful facilitator of the body’s own healing properties. Lisa has a caring and thorough approach to her sessions and strives to consider the whole person when addressing pain, along with the effect it has on one’s ability to lead an active and productive life.
On a personal note, Lisa enjoys the outdoors, reading, and listening to live music. She is passionate about remaining physically active herself and practices both yoga and weight training regularly. She continually stresses to her clients the importance of moving in a way that brings them joy as a healthy complement to regular massage to achieve a balanced mind, body and spirit.
Her favorite quote: If you light a lamp for someone else, it will also brighten your path.

Dina Smodlaka
Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor
Not long after Dina discovered Yoga and Pilates over eleven years ago, she quickly saw that becoming an instructor would be the best way to realize her goal of loving what she does and experiencing its benefit personally for others. Dina decided to become an instructor with one goal only: If she could help even just ONE person fell better and sleep through the night, she would be happy. Her training was vigorous – BUT she had never felt better, stronger, healthier in her life! It’s truly amazing when you see just what your body can do! The Pilates moves are challenging, yet fun and it’s unbelievable how strong you feel after even just one session.
Dina received her Yoga certification in Vinyasa Yoga through ReGeneration Institute of Yoga in South Plainfield, NJ. She is also certified to teach Pure Classical Pilates Method training through the ReGeneration Institute of Pilates. Dina teaches mainly Vinyasa Yoga and Pure Classical Pilates (Mat), but tailors her classes and private sessions to each individual’s needs, goals, and interests to bring them the most satisfying and rewarding class she can offer – one that will keep them interested in their practice and allow them to grow with it.
Dina’s passion is to share her love of Yoga and Pilates with others and help them realize their optimal mental, physical and health potential. Another wish is to teach therapeutic Yoga to individuals with mental, physical or learning disabilities or illness to provide comfort and relief by experiencing the soothing and healing benefits of Yoga.
