What I liked most about the wellness class was the shoulder stretching and constant reminders of good posture. I use it all the time.The class has certainly helped me with my posture especially, but it has also increased my ability to stand for longer periods of time and do some things I couldn't do before.
My number one goal to achieve attending this class was to relieve the pain in my lower back and to loosen up the tightness in my shoulders and both have been achieved to great degree.
