Wellness Pilates Classes will be a great way to kick start your day. We offer small in-person classes (socially distanced) and virtual classes from the comfort and convenience of your home. Each session is 60 minutes long. Your instructor will offer close guidance, modifications and variations to accommodate participants at different levels in a small group setting.

Wellness Pilates is also a great option for you if you’re returning to Pilates and would like to gain more of an understanding about the foundational aspects of Pilates, such as breathing, posture, mobility before stability, awareness and mindfulness. It’s easy to miss some of these components in a larger class, although they’re vital to maximizing the benefits of Pilates.

What I liked most about the wellness class was the shoulder stretching and constant reminders of good posture. I use it all the time.The class has certainly helped me with my posture especially, but it has also increased my ability to stand for longer periods of time and do some things I couldn't do before.

My number one goal to achieve attending this class was to relieve the pain in my lower back and to loosen up the tightness in my shoulders and both have been achieved to great degree. Dr Chan is an expert and is especially good with older people and I think anybody with or without a back problem can benefit from these types of exercises.
